Family Communication
We’re committed to creating a strong connection between home and center, ensuring that you’re always informed, involved, and supported in your child’s learning journey—whether they’re in a play-based classroom or one of our Montessori programs. Through regular updates, meaningful conversations, and collaborative goal-setting, we work hand-in-hand with families to celebrate milestones, address challenges, and help each child thrive.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Building strong, trusting relationships between our educators and families is a top priority. While we love connecting during daily drop-off and pick-up, we also provide dedicated time to dive deeper into your child’s progress and goals.
Twice a year, in the fall and spring, we hold formal Parent-Teacher Conferences:
- Fall Conference – A time to build relationships, discuss your child’s interests and needs, and set personalized goals for the year ahead.
- Spring Conference – A chance to review your child’s growth, celebrate achievements, and set new goals to support continued development.
In our Montessori classrooms, these conferences also focus on how your child is progressing through self-directed activities and building independence, allowing families to better understand the Montessori journey.
Digital Communications
We know that life gets busy, and staying connected to your child’s day is so important. Our Parent Digital Communication System bridges the gap between home and center, giving you real-time updates and insights into your child’s experiences.
With our digital system, you’ll receive:
- Daily updates on your child’s activities, often with adorable photos of them in action
- Direct messaging with your child’s teacher to share important details
- Meal and nap updates
- Highlights of learning moments, whether it’s a fun craft, a new skill mastered, or a sweet moment with friends
This constant flow of information helps make drop-offs smoother, supports ongoing communication, and keeps you in the loop—no matter how hectic your day gets.
Whether your child is just starting their journey in our infant program, exploring in a play-based toddler class, or leading their own learning in a Montessori Pre-K classroom, we’re here to work with you every step of the way.
