Meet Our Director

Greetings! I am Claire Poorker, Center Director at The Learning Grove Academy in Omaha. My journey in early childhood education began in 2003 as an infant room assistant teacher, and I have been passionate about nurturing young minds ever since.

My commitment to early childhood education stems from a profound sense of fulfillment in positively influencing families and witnessing each child’s growth. As a proud member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and other esteemed programs, I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care and education, ensuring every child thrives in a safe, nurturing environment.

Although my family and I enjoy beach vacations, Omaha has always been home, and we take great joy in contributing to its vibrant community. I am excited to continue empowering young minds at The Learning Grove Academy.
